Cue second-screen interactionFaith & nonprofit
When viewers are moved,
they can give.
Point Media Tech's Cue lets viewers of faith and nonprofit channels save verses, chant together, give, light a lamp and register for ceremonies on their phones, at the moment a teaching moves them. The channel sees how much support each segment brings in.

without dwelling anywhere.
Chant together

Viewers are moved,
but have no way to give.
| Giving depends on end-card phone numbers | Viewers who want to give must note a phone number or a bank-transfer account. By the end of the programme, the impulse has often passed. |
|---|---|
| No link between content and support | Donations and registrations arrive by phone, transfer and in person, with no tie to the programme, so nobody can say which teaching resonated most. |
| Manual records and reconciliation | Lamp offerings, ceremony registrations and donations are taken by phone and logged by hand, and each one has to be checked and answered manually. |
Follow the teaching,
practise together.
A dignified screen with few steps: no discounts, no games, no pressure. Designed for older viewers, with large type and simple controls.
Save verses
Scripture and verses quoted in the programme appear on the phone as they are spoken, for viewers to save and reread.
Chant together
During group practice, viewers chant along on their phones, see their own progress and know that others are practising with them.
Give and light a lamp
Viewers can give the moment they are moved, or light a lamp, without noting a number or waiting for the programme to end.
Register and dedicate the merit
Ceremonies and events take registrations on the phone; at the end of practice, viewers dedicate the merit together.
See the support
each teaching brings in.
The back office shows interaction and support by programme segment, so the channel sees which content moves viewers most and spends less time on manual records and reconciliation.
| One-off gifts | Viewers give in the moment, and funds go through a third-party payment provider straight into the organisation's account. |
|---|---|
| Recurring support | Recurring gifts are supported, so viewers do not re-enter their details each time. |
| Annual offerings such as lamps | Annual offerings such as lamp lighting can be completed on the phone, with renewal when they expire. |
| Ceremony and event registration | Registrations go straight into the back office, with no phone sign-ups or manual collation. |

Frequently asked questions.
Will older viewers hesitate to scan a code, or worry about scams?
The page shows the organisation's name clearly and explains how giving works before the first gift. We also recommend that the host explains how to join during the programme. The layout is designed for older viewers, with large type and few steps.
Do donations pass through Point Media Tech?
No. Funds go through a third-party payment provider straight into the organisation's account; the platform fee is invoiced separately.
Will this make the programme feel commercial?
No. Faith and nonprofit channels use flows designed for giving, lamp offerings, registration and dedication, with no discounts, no games and no sales language.
