Cue second-screen interactionShopping & lifestyle

See it, buy it,
no phone call needed.

Point Media Tech's Cue lets shopping and lifestyle viewers check specs, choose options and order on their phones the moment a product appears on TV. Channels without their own storefront can send viewers to an existing store and still track every sale.

Viewers want to buy,
but first they have to call.

You cannot shop with a remoteTyping, or entering a card number, on a TV is close to impossible. Viewers must note a number or a URL, and the impulse fades.
Call centres and manual orders are costlyOrders, product questions and option changes all need a call, so staffing rises and falls with the show's momentum.
Local partnerships are hard to measureLifestyle and travel shows feature shops and brands but cannot say how many customers the programme sent their way.

Whatever is on TV
is on the phone.

Product cards appear with the picture, and anything viewers missed is still there after the show.

  • Check specs and options

The moment a product is on screen, its specs and options are on the phone, so viewers do not wait for the host to repeat them.

  • Order directly or in your existing store

Viewers buy on the phone; channels without their own storefront send them to an existing store or marketplace.

  • Still there after the show

Products featured in the programme stay on the phone, so viewers can browse what they missed after it ends.

  • Save recipes, restaurants and places

Recipes, restaurants and places featured in food and travel shows appear on the phone with the picture; viewers save them and can claim offers from nearby shops.

Every product,
traced to the segment that sold it.

Sales are attributed to programme segments, so the channel knows which presentation worked best and can feed that into the next show's running order.
